Health Lecture

Join us for a very informative lecture by Dr. Christopher A. Levy (BSC. MBBS. MRCS). The subject is "Brain Health". Dr Levy will share valuable information on how our lifestyles affect our brain chemistry. He will also offer advise on how to live, eat and think for optimal functioning.
Join us in the Cedar/Sycamore Room of the Stanborough Park Centre at 7pm for a meal with the lecture commencing at 8 pm.
